Seminar I

On the Sense and Nonsense of Therapy

Wound, birth, and the ethics of sovereign accompaniment

Date: 17–18 March 2026
Format: 4 modules · 16 teaching units
Location: Schloss-Schule, Styria, Austria
Investment: 350 €

You work with people — as a therapist, coach, or practitioner. And you sense that something about the way we think about healing is off. The endless repairing, the deferral of life to "once I'm healed." The unspoken message: You are not ready yet.

This seminar proposes a different thesis: Healing is not a repair process — it is a birth. And your role as companion is not that of the rescuer, but of the outer space that allows the client to step into life.

Sovereignty arises where the companion recognises the phases of the process and creates space, rather than applying pressure.

— Gwendolin Walter-Kirchhoff

What we will explore together

  • How therapeutic settings unconsciously prolong states of "pre-birth existence" — perpetual deferral, the ideal of repair, expectations of salvation
  • Why the therapist must represent the outer space — not the womb
  • When not intervening is the real art — surrender rather than activism
  • How to step out of the "messiah role" and enable genuine, sustainable accompaniment

The passage into life

Keynote talks, guided meditations, conversation circles, and existential questions open a space of experience. At the end stands an insight that can transform your practice: The client has already been born. I have already been born. Life does not begin later — it is now.

What you will take away

  • A new understanding of healing as a birth process rather than a repair operation
  • Tools to recognise pre-birth dynamics in therapeutic settings
  • An attitude that enables sovereignty, calm, and autonomy
  • The ability to step out of the messiah role and offer genuine accompaniment

Seminar II

Initiation into the I Ching

The way of the noble in a world of change

Date: 14–15 March 2026
Format: 4 modules · 16 teaching units
Location: Schloss-Schule, Styria, Austria
Investment: 350 €

You sense that external orientation alone no longer sustains you. Old certainties are dissolving, and you long for a deeper guidance — one that does not come from outside.

The I Ching, the Book of Changes, has accompanied human beings for over 3,000 years. It reveals the hidden order beneath the flux of appearances. This seminar is not a theoretical introduction — it is an invitation to step into a different way of seeing.

Life is not chaos, but a finely tuned movement in which everything has its time, its measure, and its symbol.

— Gwendolin Walter-Kirchhoff

Four modules, two days

Lecture, dialogue, silence, practice. We follow the movement of the signs:

  • Origin and symbolism — of mountain and water, of the creative and the receptive
  • The stance of the noble — that inner quality which acts in harmony with the Dao
  • Fortune and misfortune — what "fortune" truly means, beyond good and evil
  • Oracle work — a shared reading, a glimpse into your own question through the mirror of the I Ching

What you will experience

  • You will learn to read situations as signs — not as coincidences
  • You will sense what it means to move with the Dao rather than against it
  • You will discover how the oracle becomes the voice of your own life
  • And you will find that serenity is not withdrawal, but a form of clarity

No prior knowledge is needed — only openness, curiosity, and the willingness to entrust yourself to the conversation with life.

What you will take away

  • The ability to read situations as signs rather than as coincidences
  • An understanding of the hidden order beneath the flux of appearances
  • Access to oracle work as a mirror of your own life
  • A form of serenity that arises from clarity — not from withdrawal
